HOW to Book a SCAN Appointment

IMPORTANT NOTES for making a Physio Analyser Scan Appointment
Appointments can only be booked by the referring Physiotherapy Clinic.
When making the booking, please enter the correct details for your client.
Select an Appointment Time
 - We will call your client at the appointment time on their mobile and conduct the scan. The client must be available at that time and should allow about 20 minutes for the scan. Please let them know that the time is allocated for them and that refunds are not available if they don't pick up and miss their appointment.

Under 'Name" enter the clients name
Under 'Contact Details' enter the clients email address and clients mobile phone to call for the scan. The email address and mobile will receive a reminder.
Under the "Date of Birth" Enter the clients year of birth. This is required to compare the clients data with a healthy data base person the same age. Note: If preferred the month and day can be entered incorrectly but the year the client was born must be correct.
"Time zone" - Make sure the time zone/city is correct for your client

In the 'Comments Box' please add -
